Return & Refund Policy — Beauty Flair
At Beauty Flair, we take pride in offering carefully formulated beauty and skincare products. Due to the personal nature of these products, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. This policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are handled.

- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Opened or used items are generally considered final sale for health and hygiene reasons.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Beauty Flair.
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
- Kits, bundles, or sets must be returned complete.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not qualify for a refund.
- Beauty Flair reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Final sale items or promotional products
- Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
- Any product returned without an approved RMA
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Please keep all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Once verified, Beauty Flair will provide a replacement product or refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
4) Allergic or Adverse Reactions
Beauty Flair products contain active ingredients that may interact differently depending on skin type.
- If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with details and photos if possible.
- Opened cosmetic products generally cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, but we will work with customers in good faith to resolve concerns.
Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before full use of any skincare product.
5) Return Process (RMA Required)
- Email contact@thebeautyflair.com to request an RMA number.
- Securely package the product in its original packaging.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the return shipment.
- Use a trackable shipping method. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Beauty Flair is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
6) Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Beauty Flair.
- Financial institutions may take additional time to process the refund.
7) Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged or defective. If replacement inventory is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
8) Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be refunded minus:
- Original shipping costs
- Carrier return fees
The refund will be issued once the returned package is received and inspected.
9) International Orders (If Applicable)
- Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- These fees are non-refundable.
- Due to regulatory and hygiene restrictions, opened products cannot be returned internationally.
10) Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
11) Policy Updates
Beauty Flair reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
