Return & Refund Policy — Beauty Flair

Summary 

  • Unopened/unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery with an RMA.
  • Opened or used items are final sale for health & hygiene reasons.
  • Damaged/defective/incorrect items: notify us within 7 days with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except for our error.

1) Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within 14 days of RMA approval.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals/tamper labels intact. Kits/sets must be returned complete.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that arrive used, opened, or otherwise not in resalable condition.

2) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used products or products with broken seals
  • Final-sale, promotional, or free items
  • Gift cards and downloadable content
  • Any item returned without a valid RMA

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Email contact@thebeautyflair.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and item(s).
  • Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. Once verified, we’ll replace the item or refund you (your choice when available).

4) Allergic/Adverse Reactions

  • Discontinue use immediately and contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a brief description.
  • While opened items aren’t returnable, we’ll work with you in good faith (guidance, replacement, or partial/store credit at our discretion). Consider a patch test before full use.

5) Return Process (RMA Required)

  1. Email contact@thebeautyflair.com to request an RMA.
  2. Pack items securely; include all inserts/accessories; write the RMA number on the label.
  3. Use a trackable shipping method. Unless we made an error, customer pays return shipping.
  4. We aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit. Unapproved or late returns may be refused.

6) Refunds

  • After inspection (typically 3–5 business days from receipt), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; your bank may take additional time to post funds.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable, except where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged/defective.

7) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for damaged/defective items when stock permits; otherwise, a refund or store credit will be provided.

8) Undeliverable/Refused Packages

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable/refused, we’ll refund the product price minus original shipping and any carrier return fees once the parcel arrives back in good condition.

9) International Orders (if applicable)

  • Duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • We can’t accept returns of opened items due to hygiene/regulatory constraints. Refused packages may incur return shipping and import fees deductible from any refund.

10) Order Cancellations & Backorders

  • You may cancel before shipment for a full refund.
  • If we can’t ship within the timeframe stated at checkout (or 30 days if none stated), we’ll notify you and you can consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

11) How We Disclose This Policy

  • We display this policy before purchase (product pages, checkout) and link it in order confirmations so customers see material terms clearly and conspicuously.
